KEITECH Hog Impact is a soft bait featuring a ribbed body, a thin tail, and multiple pairs of fine, highly mobile appendages that remain active even with minimal movement or just the influence of current. In the midsection of the body are thin side “fins” that gently vibrate during pauses, giving the bait a natural, lifelike presence. The body also includes a groove for an offset hook, allowing Hog Impact to pass cleanly through vegetation, branches, and other cover.
Thanks to the high activity of its appendages, Hog Impact is ideal for situations where you need to keep the bait in one spot for an extended time – typically when fishing a drop shot. It also performs extremely well on a Texas rig, Carolina rig, weightless, or on a light jig head. Even with a static presentation, the bait stays “alive,” which is highly effective on cautious or inactive fish. Of course, it is made from salt-impregnated material and infused with a strong squid scent to extend hold time. Made in Japan.
