Straight Shank Hooks

Straight shank hooks are ideal when you want fast penetration and direct contact with the lure. They are most commonly used with a cheburashka weight, on finesse rigs, or as a trailer hook for wire baits. Unlike offset hooks, they have no bend in the shank, allowing for very direct and reliable hooksets—best suited for situations where a fully hidden hook point is not required.
