DECOY DS‑13 Switch Head

DECOY DS-13 Switch Head is a jointed football weight designed for setting up a versatile rig with a hook of your choice. The design is built around a reversible delta head with a sliding locking pin, which can be quickly removed and flipped to change the behavior of the entire setup. In one position, it acts as a more penetrating, snag-resistant mode for retrieving through cover, while in the opposite orientation, it works as a more stable "anchoring" mode that reduces forward travel and keeps the lure in the strike zone longer. A single flip of the head allows you to switch between two distinct characteristics without needing to change the lure or the entire rig.

A hard lead alloy provides excellent bottom feedback and allows you to accurately read the structure—rock, gravel, and hard edges. The Gun Black finish is stealthy and does not disrupt the lure's silhouette. The standard weights are suitable for technical spinning for perch and zander under normal conditions, while the heavier DS-13H Switch Head Heavy (18–36 g) version expands its use into deeper water, stronger currents, or denser vegetation where greater stability and retrieve control are required. The DS-13 is a well-thought-out solution for situations where you need to adapt the rig's behavior to a specific bottom structure.
