DECOY DJ-79 Long Pike

DECOY DJ-79 Long Pike is a long single assist hook built on the proven Pike AS-03 hook, a long-standing favorite in light to medium jigging. It is tied on a flexible original braided assist line (Reflection Blade Line), which is significantly longer than on the Middle Pike model. Thanks to this extended length, the hook moves more freely, reaches the fish more easily, and increases hook-up success even on subtle bites.

The longer assist cord combined with a thin and lightweight hook improves penetration and holds fish securely once hooked. At the same time, it slightly reduces the risk of snagging when fishing close to the bottom or around structure. DJ-79 is an ideal choice for a wide range of jig weights, especially long metal jigs, slow jigging for groupers, cod, and other bottom-dwelling predators, and it also performs very well when targeting fish tight to the bottom in more complex terrain.
