Crankbaits
Crankbaits are among the most reliable lures for active predator search fishing. They are defined by a stable action, strong vibrations, and the ability to work in close contact with the bottom and various types of structure. Compared to minnow-style wobblers, they are far less demanding to fish – often a simple cast and retrieve is enough – yet they are highly effective at triggering reaction strikes. Crankbaits excel when targeting bass, perch, chub, trout, zander, and pike.
A major advantage of crankbaits is the wide range of depth ranges and body designs available. You don’t choose “one universal crankbait”, but rather the right crankbait category based on where and how you want to fish – shallow water, bottom contact, heavy structure, or fast-paced search fishing.

Universal & Shallow-Running Crankbaits

Deep-Diving & Power Crankbaits
- Robust crankbaits with greater diving depth, designed for deeper water, summer conditions, and targeting larger predators. They stay in the strike zone longer and handle hard bottom contact with ease.

- Sinking, long-casting crankbaits without a diving lip. Ideal for fast exploration of the water column and bottom using lift & fall techniques. Compared to classic crankbaits, they function more as dedicated search lures.
