Sunline Fluorocarbon Siglon FC 50 m is a versatile 100% fluorocarbon leader material with a high specific gravity, allowing it to quickly cut through the water column. A key design feature is the TRP (Triple Resin Processing) technology. This process fills the microscopic spaces between the material's molecules with a special resin, creating a perfectly smooth, non-absorbent profile with exceptional abrasion resistance and shock strength. As a result, the material maintains maximum linear and knot strength underwater and offers a precisely balanced ratio between low initial stretch for detecting subtle bites and flexibility when playing a fish.
When tying terminal rigs, this fluorocarbon adapts to specific fishing techniques. Thinner diameters are manufactured to be softer so they do not restrict the natural action of tiny soft plastics or small hard baits during finesse fishing for perch or trout. Thicker versions, on the other hand, provide the significant toughness and durability needed for power fishing for pike or bass in close proximity to snags. It is a technically advanced tackle component that ensures highly stealthy presentation and maximum reliability upon contact with sharp obstacles on the bottom.
