Spinners

Spinners are among the most classic and consistently effective lures for targeting predatory and semi-predatory fish. Their principle is simple yet extremely functional – a rotating blade creates vibrations, flashes, and water displacement that fish can easily detect even in current or stained water. Spinners work reliably at both slow and faster retrieve speeds and are ideal for systematically covering current seams, pools, and calmer sections.

The main advantage of spinners is their instant start-up action and stable performance even at very low retrieve speeds. Thanks to compact bodies and modern designs with in-line blades, spinners can be fished precisely at the desired depth without unnecessary lift toward the surface or excessive line twist. They are exceptionally effective for trout, perch, and chub, but are also well suited for coastal saltwater species.
