Skirted Jigs

Skirted jigs are among the most versatile and controllable lures for targeted predator fishing along the bottom, in vegetation, and around structure. At their core is a jig head fitted with a silicone skirt, which adds bulk, conceals the hook, and pulses in a very natural way during the retrieve. Skirted jigs allow extremely precise presentation and give the angler maximum control over speed, depth, and retrieve style.

A major advantage of this category is its versatility – a skirted jig can be fished by dragging along the bottom, hopping, slow rolling, or with a smooth “swim” presentation through the water column.
