Hearty Rise Black Force 2.56 m 14 ‑ 56 g

I bought the HR Black Force rod in length 256cm and weight 20-100g as a pike special. I've had a few "pike" rods through my hands, but this one suited me best. A couple of times a year I go to the water with big lures and throwing big things from the bank all day is quite challenging. But this rod is the best to cast and catch with so far and I can really cast all day with it. The sensitivity of the rod is also amazing, the hits sit perfectly and after a few outings I haven't dropped a single pike yet. I have really loved the rod and look forward to going out with it on every other outing for big pike. This rod has already pulled in a lot of nice pike for me.

A fishing rod should be chosen based on a variety of criteria and the catch you are targeting. This also determines the final design of the fishing rod, which should suit your needs down to the smallest detail.
I have fished with several rods for different species of fish. In the overall result, I chose the one I use to fish for zander (my "catchiest" fish). To begin with, I want to state that something different suits everyone and I will only describe here MY PERSONAL experience that I have gained over the years.
The Hearty Rise Black Force BF-762ML rod is a big workhorse, I call it a "workhorse". This rod can handle the maximum load and will relieve you of extra work. It is responsive throughout its length and its backbone is without any sign of flex. It works the top of the blank with incredible precision both in casting and, ultimately, with the fish itself. A pointer on the rod blank? Forget it here, here you can feel the blow from the pike in the elbow of your hand.
Another advantage is the overall weight of 110g at 231cm, where every extra xy grams is felt. It's lightweight and the eyelet fit is made with a new finish 7x more corrosion resistant than standard stainless steel eyelet frames. The Fuji eyelets are globally some of the best on the market and the line literally "flies" out of them on its own.
Personally I don't recognize the word versatile because it strikes me as if a certain thing does nothing 100% but everything halfway e.g. a versatile football player is great on defense and offense? Nonsense. With the Black Force rod, the word is quite right to use, because I'm not afraid to use every last drop of its versatility in the 7-28g weight range and fish shallows or conversely depths with heavier weights where I don't feel a drastic change in the rod's action. The action of the rod is still the same regardless of the change in lure size and jig head. The rod is balanced to perfection, and I for one say it attacks the top of the Hearty Rise line of rods. The reality is that it costs half of what the top of the line just mentioned costs.
It's design is geared towards black (strange since it's called Black J) black has always been a symbol of luxury and it's no different here. I didn't think I'd ever say or write this, but Hearty Rise's two-piece rods easily outperform any one-piece rod from any other manufacturer.
On my first official fishing session with this rod ( I don't mean testing ) I caught a beautiful 70cm long zander that was not of the usual "knockers" category but took the bait very gingerly but I was ready to react to the slightest contact and I did, a gentle crush on the Keitech 4.8" inch lure and 3g weight on an offset hook turned the hit to my advantage, the hit sat at the top of the jaw. (I've attached a photo ).
Here you can see the range of the Black Force rod where I used the 3g weight and still was in constant contact with the lure. For myself, I can say with absolute conviction that this is the best rod in this price range.
